Mrs. Mix It's Version of French Dip

The Next recipe I am going to talk about is one of my favorites. I love a good french dip sandwich and when ever I go out to a diner I normally order one with French Fries. However, when I am at home and Have leftover Roast in my house.
I will always make the Mrs. Mix It Special French Dip Sandwich, it's one of my favorites.

Mrs. Mix It's Version of French Dip
1 Package of Ajus
1 large french roll
1 tablespoon of butter softened
3 Tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
4 to 5 thinly sliced pieces of roast beef

Make ajus according to directions on package. I normally buy either Lawrey’s brand or the store version depending on what is the cheapest.

Next slice meat as thin as possible and drop in ajus after it has come to a boil then turn of you do not want your meat to get tough.

Next Take your french roll and slice it horizontally and butter bread on both sides then sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler.
It should only take a minute or two so watch carefully

After golden brown remove from broiler and place meat on top of bread. Next poor your self a cup of ajus and dip that sandwich in and take a bite. Repeat as many times as necessary in order to eat that fabulous Sandwich.

Bon Appetite!

Enjoy
