Chocolate Pie and It's National Pie Week


It's National Pie week and I am a big fan of pies and since my daughter has been diagnosed with being wheat intolerant it has been very hard for me to make pie. I have not yet mastered a Pie shell that I can be proud of and call it my own, however, I have made some gluten free ones in the past . so lately I have been making a lot of pie crust  less pies. They are quick and easy and quick to make.

Chocolate Pie Ingredients:
3 squares of unsweetened chocolate
2 sticks of butter softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs

Take chocolate and microwave at 30 second intervals until melted..

Next take butter and sugar and cream with the whisking blade.

Add melted chocolate.

Next add one egg at a time at 5 minute intervals, keeping on medium speed.

Then divide into 8 or 9 small ramekins chill for 2 hours serve with whipped cream .
