A friend gave me a similar recipe and I have always gotten big compliments and recipe requests when I serve these. I have used blue cheese instead of the cheddar and I have also inserted a whole almond with and sometimes without the cheese. Will have to try this recipe with the Jalapeno Monterrey Jack cheese!
