Fabulous Gluten Free Waffles

My Little Miss J, not so little anymore, loves her waffles, especially with whipped cream and strawberries. This is a recipe I have made over and over and over again, to be quite honest with you, I debated about not even sharing it because it’s so good I thought to myself what a great product this would be to manufacture. Then I thought for the lucky few who do print it out or save it you will be blessed with awesome waffles. My Mom always taught me if you don’t put it out into the universe, how will what ever you have wished for  know how to  find you. So for now I’m sharing my recipe for my fabulous Gluten Free Waffles. Who knows what tomorrow will bring but I hope it brings you everything that your hearts desire.

  1. These turned out yummy! I was thinking the batter looked too runny, but it worked. Light and crispy, kinda like an Eggo. Obviously not exactly nutritious, but a nice occasional treat. :). Thanks for he recipe!
