Roasted Cornish Game Hens with Pearl Onions and Carrots Ingredients.
2 Cornish Game hens cleaned and dried
8 carrots sliced
1 bag of cleaned pearled Onions
5 Tablespoons Olivari® Mediterranean Olive Oil
3 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoon Pepper 1 for Game hens 1  for vegetables
5 teaspoons Salt 2 for each cavity to rinse and clean 1 for seasoning

Clean Cornish Game Hens by rinsing inside and out and putting 2 teaspoons salt in cavity then rinse it out and pat dry Cornish Game Hens.

Clean Carrots and peel them the slice length wise twice. So you will have 8 pieces for each carrot. So you will have 64 pieces when done. Next clean and peel pearl onions then place all vegetables in large bowl and put 3 tablespoons of Olivari® Mediterranean Olive Oil, Garlic Powder and Salt and Pepper.

Next Place Cornish Game Hens in a 13" x 9" pan and drizzle remainder of Olivari® Mediterranean Olive Oil the sprinkle with garlic powder and salt and pepper.

Cover with Foil ,Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about a hour until the thickest part of the leg is 185  degrees.

Next Uncover and cook until bird is at least 165- 180 degrees depending how you like it.

I personally like the skin golden brown so I cooked mine until 180 degrees.
Depending on the size of the hen it could take up to a hour a half.

Bon Appetite and Enjoy!!!
