So I made Hot Chicken Curry Made with the fabulous Olivari® Mediterranean Olive Oil. Now the holidays are upon us I pulled out some fun everyday china to eat this fantastic and delicious meal.

Mediterranean Olive Oil Ingredients
5 or 6 Chicken Tenders about 2 cups chopped
1 Onion
2 granny smith apples Chopped
5 Tablespoon Olivari® Mediterranean Olive Oil ( 3 for Onions and apples & 2 For Chicken with garlic)
3 Cloves a Garlic
2 to 3 teaspoons of Curry powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups of half and half

Cooked Rice Ingredients
1 cup Rice
2 cups water

Garnish
Mango Chutney
peanuts
cook egg white
cooked egg yolks
golden raisins
cooked bacon

Heat frying pan with 3 Tablespoons of Olivari® Mediterranean Olive Oil, Look at the fabulous spout an exclusive pop-up pour spout that will make you feel like a fabulous cook or even chef !!

Chop Onion, and place in Large Frying pan with oil that has been already heated.

Next cook up onions until clear then add peeled and Chopped apples cook until soft but not mushy.

Heat frying pan with 2 Tablespoons of Olivari® Mediterranean Olive Oil

After heated add Chopped Chicken and add 3 cloves of garlic and use that fabulous garlic press that Olivari® Mediterranean Olive Oil gave me and will send you the same if you win.

After Chicken is fully cooked add back in vegetables.

Add your curry powder, salt and pepper.

Next add half and Half and simmer for about 20 minutes stirring frequently so it does not burn.

While it is Simmering you can boil your eggs for garnish and cook your rice to serve on top.

TIP Of The Day: The easiest way to get a perfect Hard boiled egg is to put an egg in cold water bring to a boil then shut off wait about 20 minutes then its done.

To Make Rice It’s a simple and easy thing to make. Its so easy take 1 cup long grain rice

2 cups of water in large sauce pan.
Bring to a boil the simmer on low for 18 minutes.

Serve over Rice and Garnish with Mango Chutney, peanuts, cook egg white, cooked egg yolks, golden raisins, cooked bacon or any other topping of your choice. I have had a similar dish in restaurants they served with Banana chip too; it was quiet lovely.

  2. I can ALWAYS use more olive oil and desperately need a garlic press- I'd put the olive oil on popcorn & sprinkle some garlic on top. My favorite! :) Not to mention both go in all of my favorite dishes!
